If you have specific requests regarding shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before making a purchase or within 2 hrs following your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. All extra costs must be paid for by the customer before we can ship the parcel.
Please contact us with your return request within 7 calendar days following delivery.
Items must be shipped back within 14 calendar days following delivery.
You swiped right on our product, but your first date lacked the spark…we get it! As much as we want you to fall in love with the pieces you purchase from our store, and as much as we try to give you the full picture through our descriptions, nothing can beat the face to face meeting. And rather than dragging out an awkward, “it’s not you, it’s me process,” we make it pretty simple:

We will e-mail you back within 24hrs, excluding weekends, confirming that your item(s) is eligible for return.
Gently pack up the item in the box it was delivered in and send it on its way. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover return shipping charges.
Please do not return an item without reaching out to us first. Such returns will not be processed!
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Which items are eligible for return?
All items except for those marked “Final Sale” are eligible for return.
All of our garments go through a meticulous and individualized cleaning process and are ready to wear out of the box. Our accessories are handmade and one of a kind. We kindly ask that you return unwanted items in the same condition you receive them: unworn, undamaged and with original tags attached.
In the unlikely event that the item is returned in a worse condition than when it left our hands (new signs of wear, stains, damages, etc.), only a partial refund will be made to accommodate for cleaning and repair charges. Items damaged beyond repair will be shipped back and no refund will be made.
This though, is nothing for you to worry about, we’re sure! We trust that you’ll be careful with our one of a kind, delicate vintage and accessories, but we have to cover all possibilities here 🙂
What if my parcel gets beat up during delivery and the item is damaged?
No worries! Snap some photo proof of the damage (both box and item) and send the evidence to email@example.com. We’ll work together with Canada Post to solve the problem in your favour!
When can I expect to see the refunded money back in my account?
Once we receive, inspect and accept your returned item, we will process your refund using the original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
We take great care to make sure that all vintage and secondhand items are shipped to you in the best possible condition, ready to wear! However, most vintage and secondhand items have been previously worn and may have signs of wear. Please read the product descriptions carefully and note the listed condition (see condition definitions below). Note that all items have been meticulously cleaned and can go straight into your closet!
PRISTINE: As new, with absolutely no flaws or signs of wear. (This does not mean that manufacturer’s tags are still attached. This also does not mean that the item has never been worn.)
EXCELLENT: Used, with no noticeable flaws.
VERY GOOD: Used, with minor flaws, no repairs needed.
GOOD: Visible wear. Minor flaws and/or optional repairs needed.
FAIR: Numerous flaws, repairs needed, fragile.
POOR: Extensive damage. For display or study only.
